Plan 9 is on archive.org!!!! All of you must watch it! It is the best worst-fucking-movie-ever-made ever! And I'm not joking.

"They destroyed a town. A town . . . of people!"

Also, read this bit about Some Girls Are Bigger Than Others, the Smiths musical.

I saw Fantastic Four today, which was okay. I think they actually did quite a fine job with the Thing, which is the only worthwile element of that comic. They failed on Doom, I think, by including him in the cosmic radiation extravaganza. And after Dark Angel, I know that Jessica Alba is capable of actually acting, so it's sort of disappointing that she only gets cast as the hot chick in tight or skimpy clothing. Not that Jessica Alba in tight or skimpy clothing is inherently bad, I just think they could use her better.

Jack has told me that I should see Me and You and Everyone We Know. So I guess I will, but Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is next on my list.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is really great. I want to see Me and You and Everyone We Know a lot, though.

Me and You and Everyone We Know tries really hard, but it's still pretty entertaining. So is Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Oh wow! I'm ecstatically gibbering about the utter surrealism of the existence of a Smiths-inspired musical.
